If only someone had written this blog post for me when I asked the question how to get a perfect bum, I would of saved a lot of time looking around for the answer in getting the perfect bum, believe me I have tried every kind of bum exercises to tone and shape my butt but nothing worked for me more than what I am about to show you here. Now in this review of this product I am going to tell you the best parts and the worst parts so when you buy the course you don't have any surprises and you know exactly what you are getting. The best part for me when I brought this product on how to get a perfect bum was how easy the course and exercises were to follow, also how the diet that was laid out for you, not only did it help on getting the tightest butt or any shaped bum as some people like a large tight bum, but it also shaped other parts of my body as well like my thighs, hips legs lower back, plus not to mention the amount of weight I lost in the most amazing amount of time.
The course has it all laid out for you all you have to do is choose how you want your bum to look then follow along, it really is that easy.

Now I said at the beginning that I would give you the best parts of the course on how to get a perfect bum and the worst parts so here are the parts I didn't like.

Every girl and most men want to know how to get a perfect bum, there are quite a few ways to say the least on how to get a perfect bum but in a few words time I am going to let you have a few of my favourite exercises that work wonders on my bum, now if your only looking to lose bum fat or even tone up your bum or even get your bum looking bigger, follow these exercises and see what type of results you get, then I will let you into my real secret of how I keep the best looking bum

Here Are Three Easy Exercises To a Perfect Bum.

1. Squats are a fantastic way to exercise you bum, not only does the exercise tone up the bum but it tones the thighs and the lower back. If you are just looking to tone the bum area then don’t use any weight as this will only make the bum bigger, so keep your feet slightly pointing out wards just past the width of your shoulders and start to squat, try to squeeze the bum muscles as you go down as this will help you keep the tension on the bum muscles and less on the leg muscles. Keep to a rep range of about 20 reps with four to five sets. Incorporate this exercise with the others I am going to show you and you will soon be answering your question on how to get a perfect bum.

2. Lunges are my favourite bum exercise for getting the perfect bum, as they tone every part of the bum and the legs, so make sure you have enough room to do at least twenty lunges, put one foot as far in front of you as you can and lung down with the leg that is behind you then repeat the exercise but with the leg that is closest to the floor, repeat this for twenty reps with four sets, your bum muscles should be burning after the first twenty reps, also once again try to squeeze the bum muscles at the bottom of each movement this is key on how to get a perfect bum.

3. Hip extensions are done by holding onto something then positioning your feet close together then swinging your leg from side to side then front to back this is great for the bum and the thighs, if you want you can add an ankle weight to increase the intensity of the exercise so as you start to find the exercise getting easer you can make it hard again, making your bum more toned and losing that bum fat.
